Shipping policy

I. Our products take time to dry and that's the reason we ask for 10-12 working days minimum
2. WORKING DAYS means: Sunday or any public holiday won't be included in this time period.
3. Kindly make sure to make a video of Parcel while opening it to claim any damage, We won't be considering any damage/missing product without proof of a video.
4. Our products are fragile, we try to pack them best way possible but due to negligence of courier company, if anything reached broken, we are here to resend the product but we definitely need solid proof for that onwards.
